Brian Colas, founder of Colas & Associates, worked for Senator Tom Cotton for more than a decade in roles including as Senate Republican Conference Staff Director, Deputy Chief of Staff, General Counsel, and Campaign Manager.

Brian serves as an advisor to Senator Cotton’s campaign and managed Senator Cotton’s 2020 re-election, when he won the most votes of any Republican in Arkansas’s history.

Brian has worked on more than a dozen political campaigns and served dozens of clients dealing with government affairs, strategy, and public affairs challenges.

Before working in Congress and launching Colas & Associates, Brian spent four years as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company. He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law and Liberty University.
